Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The message you choose to send us

We don’t ask for or store anything else through this form.

When you simply browse the Site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically receives standard request data: your IP address, browser user-agent, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This information is used to operate and secure the Site.

2. Cookies and similar technology

The Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated bots when you submit the contact form. Turnstile sets a small first-party cookie and reads basic browser signals (screen size, timezone, etc.) to assess risk. We don’t use this data for any other purpose.

We don’t use any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts on the Site.

3. Third parties involved (subprocessors)

To operate the Site and respond to your inquiries, we share data with:

• Cloudflare — hosts the Site (Cloudflare Pages) and provides bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Resend — delivers the email notifying us of your contact-form submission. Resend’s privacy policy.
• Microsoft 365 — receives and stores the inquiry email in our mailbox. Microsoft’s privacy statement.
• Google Fonts — when your browser loads a page on the Site, it requests font files directly from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. Google Fonts privacy notice.

We don’t sell or share your personal information with any party outside this list. We don’t use it for advertising.

4. How we use what we collect

The information you submit through the contact form is used to:

• Respond to your specific inquiry
• Schedule a discovery conversation if you’ve requested one
• Maintain a record of business correspondence

We don’t use it to send you marketing email unless you separately opt into that.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained in our email system as long as is reasonable for the business relationship — typically while we’re in active correspondence with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you’d like us to delete a previous submission, email info@millstoneventures.com and we will.

6. Your choices

You can:

• Ask us what we have. Email us and we’ll tell you what’s in our records.
• Ask us to correct it. Same email, same response — we’ll fix any errors you flag.
• Ask us to delete it. We’ll delete what’s reasonable to delete (sometimes legal or accounting obligations require us to retain certain records; if so, we’ll explain).
• Opt out of any future communications by replying to any email or contacting us.

These rights are available to anyone, regardless of jurisdiction. Visitors in jurisdictions with formal data-rights regimes (CCPA/CPRA in California, GDPR in the EEA/UK) can exercise the corresponding statutory rights via the same email.

7. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, email us and we’ll delete it.

8. Security

We protect inquiry data with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards: encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest in our email provider, and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; we’ll notify you if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period.
